EXPERIENCE IN SHORT :
Surface Facilities Project manager with 18 years of experience on onshore oil and gas surface facilities . He managed and supervised various onshore oil and gas processing facilities, storage tank farms, oil/gas/water lines and loading/unloading truck and train terminals, accomodation camps from grass-root upto start-up, commissioning and operation stage. He mentored and managed various multi-national supervising and engineering teams, contractors and suppliers., He involved in trouble-shooting on the technical operational problems, project planning and feasibility studies, cost-estimation, international contract development and management phases. Have extensive experience in Former Soviet Union countries and arctic cold oil and gas on-hand experiences.
